Located in the heart of the Downtown Chandler historic district. 

With national industry leaders such as Intel, Northrop Grumman, Amkor Technology, Apple, Keap, Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software), Insight, Boeing, GoDaddy, PayPal, Honeywell, Waymo, the GM Innovation Center, and Microchip calling the region home, it's clear that the East Valley has evolved.

The 31st Annual Fall Carefree Fine Art & Wine Festival, produced by Thunderbird Artists in conjunction with the 501c-3, Veterans Heritage Project.  This festival is the town of Carefree's official 'Signature Event.'

This nationally acclaimed and award-winning fine art festival in Carefree is nestled in the foothills of the Sonoran desert, bordering Scottsdale to the north.  HoHum and Easy Streets of downtown Carefree are closed, making room for 160 talented artists. Well established as collector’s shows, the fall, winter and spring Carefree festivals draw a qualified, affluent and knowledgeable clientele who enjoy the finer things in life.
