ASAP partners with AAA-I to host Assembling Art Archives: Workshops for South Asia, a ten-month-long online programme on archiving within the field of modern and contemporary art from South Asia. The first of its kind in the region, this programme hopes to foster learning exchange of methods, frameworks, and techniques for the building of art archives, with sessions facilitated by archivists working in diverse institutional contexts across the Global South and beyond.

Assembling Art Archives is designed for participants working in arts organisations and institutions, artist estates and studios, and independent arts spaces in the region. The Narva Art Residency, in collaboration with the Narva municipality’s department of architecture and urban planning, is launching its second open call for a large-scale public art installation or sculpture.

The Cass Art Prize 2025, presented by The Cass Group, aims to champion contemporary art from across the UK and the Republic of Ireland with a £10,000 cash prize and a free stand at The Other Art Fair in spring 2026 to the overall winner of the competition. There are additional prizes worth £15,000 including a Students Award, an Art Educators Award and more! Plus a prestigious group exhibition at Copeland Gallery, London in autumn 2025.

Eligibility: The prize is open to all artists of all abilities based in the UK, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey) & the Republic of Ireland aged 18+. Accepting all forms of 2D & 3D artworks made using analogue materials. Not accepting photography, videography, sound art, performance art, architectural designs, NFTs, fully digital and AI artworks. Artworks which have previously won prizes or awards may not be submitted. Artworks must have been created since 1st March 2022. Artists can enter up to 4 artworks.

What you get: The Main Winner will receive £10,000 cash plus a free stand at Saatchi Art's The Other Art Fair in spring 2026. Works will be judged by a respected panel of guest judges with extensive knowledge and experience across the art industry, and selected artists will be invited to take part in a group exhibition in London from 24th October - 1st November 2025. There are 14 additional prizes worth over £15,000 including the Judge's New Talent Award - a Solo Show at Soho Revue, the Development Award courtesy of Contemporary Art Academy and more!

The Hopper Prize is accepting submissions for $3,500 and $1,000 artist grants. They will be providing 6 grants totaling $11,000 USD. 2 artists will each receive $3,500 and 4 artists will each receive $1,000. All media is eligible. Numerous past winners from the UK. This unique fellowship offers opportunities for playful experimentation and the space to re-imagine beyond conventional artistic and scientific boundaries.

Eligibility: Open to artists internationally and is not confined to any single aesthetic, theme or medium. Artists with no previous experience of working with scientists or in a scientific environment are particularly encouraged to apply.

What you get:

● £10,000 GBP stipend paid to the artist towards living costs and expenses

● Rent-free accommodation and meals provided at Girton College during the residency period in Cambridge

● Travel budget of up to £3,000 GBP (depending on where the artist is based) will be made available to support the cost of travel to/from Cambridge

● Production budget of £10,000 GBP will be made available to support the development of new work arising from the Fellowship.

INSTINC seeks for artists/creative individuals whose work embodies clear conceptual ideas and innovative approaches that resonate deeply with the contemporary cultural landscape.

Eligibility: We welcome artists, artist duos, collectives, or any other practitioners from any medium or discipline, irrespective of their geographical location, who are craving for a dedicated space and focused time in initiating, expanding and finalising a project.

Open to all local and international artists.

What you get: The residency is split into 2 sections: Production and Exhibition. 6 weeks of residency is equivalent to 5 weeks of Production + 1 week of Exhibition.

All artist-in-residence will be given an opportunity to exhibit in the gallery space of INSTINC for one week at the end of their residencies, regardless of the duration of residency. Opening reception and Artist Talk scheduled during the exhibition. Each artists will be included on the website of INSTINC, along with mention in the press release. During the residencies, social media campaign will be scheduled for the promotion of artists and projects.

The 5th edition of ALA Art Prize launches its Open Call to all Italian and foreign artists and collectives working in Italy. This open call is dedicated to a cross-cultural artistic community, with no age limits, which stands out for the variety of its experiences, perspectives and languages.

The winning project, selected by Giovanni Carmine, Eugenio Viola, and Alessia Volpe, will receive a production prize of €10.000, plus a €2.000 fee for the artist.

There’s also a new prize for under-35s: in 2025’s edition we created an Acquisition Award for young artists.

Eligibility: The call is open to all artists or collectives of artists of Italian nationality and to foreign artists, or collectives of artists, active in Italy

What you get: The winning project will be awarded a prize of € 10.000,00 including applicable legal charges and net of VAT as required by law, inclusive of the all costs, such as production and insured transport, related to the artwork, whose property will be transferred without reserve to ALA SpA by virtue of the acceptance of this regulation. The winning artist will also receive a fee of € 2.000,00, including applicable legal charges and net of VAT in the legal measures. In the case of collective artists, the sum is to be paid to the collective and not to individual members. ACQUISITION PRIZE (NEW!) The acquisition prize is intended to promote and enhance the work of artists and collectives under 35 through the purchase of a completed artwork. The winner will be selected by ALA among the artists under the age of 35 taking part in the Open Call, and the acquired work, whose ownership will be transferred unreservedly to ALA S.p.A. by virtue of acceptance of this Regulation, will become part of the corporate collection.

The New Forest National Park Artist in Residence Programme is an opportunity for artists of any discipline to work with and comment on a chosen area, idea, or community within or engaging with the National Park. The brief is purposefully open to encourage artists to pursue a line of prolonged research whilst on their residency and to connect with a local and national audience with site specific work and/or a gallery show six months on. The residencies are designed to allow artists to build closer links between contemporary questions of the Forest and the people and more urban spaces that make up the National Park. We are looking for artists with an inspiring vision and a sense on urgency, whose focus is on creativity inspiring change. The highly protected nature of the National Park means that we are interested in artists who can understand this special landscape and respond to this positively in their work. This is an incredible chance to build a collection of responses from artists whose knowledge and experience can help to positively promote arts throughout the National Park.

What you get: The value of each residency is £8,000, which includes a cash payment to the selected artists of £3750 plus £1250 towards travel and materials.
