Your Work Here - Open Call for Artists to Exhibit at The Amelia Scott

Your Work Here will take place from 14 February to 1 June 2025 at The Amelia Scott in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This unique event has no selection criteria or judging panel, ensuring that every artist has the opportunity to display their work. If you are aged 16 or above and live, work, or study in the TN postcode area, we want to see your art! This is your chance to have your artwork displayed at The Amelia Scott.

Eligibility: Must live, work, or study in the TN postcode area. Must be aged 16 or over.

What you get: Artists will be included in the exhibition in the purpose-built exhibition space at The Amelia Scott. Opportunity for artists to have their work seen by 10,000 to 20,000 visitors. All works can be for sale if the artist wishes.

The Homiens Art Prize 2025

The Homiens Art Prize is an international, non-acquisitive art prize that is valued at $24,000 annually and is open to all artists.

Eligibility: The Homiens Art Prize is open to all artists. All art forms, mediums, and completion dates are eligible. We're excited to welcome artworks of all dimensions, on any theme.

What you get: 6 Winning artists are exhibited by Homiens, receive an unrestricted cash award of $500, participate in an optional interview, and may request a letter of recommendation from our Jurors. 12 additional Finalists per round also exhibit with Homiens. Artists from around the world are invited to participate in the Art on Loop Digital Show in Seoul. Eligibility: This call is open to artists from any background.

What you get: Selected artists will have their work displayed digitally on special projectors during the exhibition. The event will take place at 38 Sowol-ro 44-gil, Yongsan District, Seoul, South Korea, starting with the Opening Night on February 22, 2025, followed by a Public Exhibition from February 23 to 24, 2025.

Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours – Open Call 2025

Artists are invited to submit work for exhibition alongside members of the Royal Institute of Painters in Water Colours at the RI Annual Exhibition 2025. Submissions are online only and open until Tuesday 28 January 2025 at 12 noon.

Eligibility: Artists aged 18+ worldwide can submit up to six original works, with four selected. Eligible pieces must not have been exhibited in London and can include watercolour, acrylic, ink, or gouache on various supports.

What you get: The show, in spring 2024, offers the opportunity to sell your work, win prizes & awards worth over £5,000 and have your art seen by thousands of visitors to Mall Galleries. After its successful debut, FluxusMuseum Prize for Experimental Video is now in its second year. Over the duration of this year’s prize, €45,000 will be given to participants, with a portion used to support the development of their projects initially and the remainder awarded as prizes at the exhibition’s end.

minus20degree is a contemporary art and architecture exhibition that takes place every two years in Flachau, Austria. The 2026 edition runs for three days, from 22nd to 24th January 2026.

We are seeking artists working in the fields of sound art, video art, performance, theatre, installation, or dynamic land art. For this edition, we are particularly interested in art that occupies and interacts with space, art that is mobile or encourages audience movement. We also welcome proposals for sound and video art that use the snowy landscape as an endless projection surface.

Fabrica Open Call for an Artist Commission in Brighton & Hove 2025

We are seeking proposals for an artist commission and participation project exploring themes of wellbeing for young people, to take place between January and October 2025 in Brighton & Hove. The artwork and showcase of other outcomes from the project will be toured nationally between October 2025 and June 2026.

Eligibility: Proposals from artists in any artform but who have demonstrable experience in working in a participatory setting and/or with harder-to-reach audiences.

What you get: The fee is £3,750. A separate budget of £850 is available for materials and expenses for the project, and a further £300 for training/support which will be budgeted with the artist during the planning stage.

Tartget Painting Prize 2025

Artists of all techniques and styles have until February 15, 2025, to register their works online and compete to be one of the 200 finalists in the Tartget Painting Prize, which distributes over €55,000 in prizes. Awards will be given in 10 categories, ranging from figurative to abstract art, including conceptual art. Works in Hyperrealism, Impressionism, Surrealism, and Abstraction are welcome.

The jury includes influential painters, collectors, gallery owners, curators, and art critics from five continents.

The Clive Parks Art Along the Trail 2025

The Clive Parks, Recreation and Public Art Board invites you to apply to participate in our annual Art Along the Trail public art exhibition - a temporary outdoor exhibit, displayed outdoors along Clive’s landmark feature, the Greenbelt Park and Trail system, from April through November. This call to artists provides an opportunity for artists to submit 3D artwork for consideration.

Eligibility: Anyone age 18 or older, Iowa/Midwest artists preferred.

Make Your Own Masters 2025

Applications are now open, in a bid to find the 10 new creatives who will form the multidisciplinary collection of 2025. Make Your Own Masters (MYOM) is a creative learning movement looking to tackle the ‘drop off’ between university and industry. Each year the project builds a multi-disciplinary, multi-background collective, bringing people together to forge a year of self-directed learning, and breaking down the barriers many face in pursuit of a creative career. MYOM supports those from underrepresented backgrounds struggling to access the creative industry.

Eligibility: Open to anyone from any creative discipline that has faced a barrier to learning or industry. Participants should be able to commute to London for monthly sessions.

What you get: An 18-month part-time experimental learning system including mentorship, brief sourcing from industry, and specialized training. Participants receive a £400 programming fee and a £600 event budget.

East Quay Outdoor Bridge Commission

East Quay are seeking proposals for a new piece of outdoor artwork to engage both physically and conceptually with the building's unique architecture and coastal location. We are particularly interested in receiving proposals for artworks which are predominantly painted and made up of sculptural and/or planted elements, reflecting our surrounding environment. Proposals should animate different facets of the Bridge/Walkway site, from the walls, to the floor, to the open space between either side of the bridge. The theme is 'Joy & Wonder'.

EXPO 44 International Juried Competition

⁠The Solent Seascape Project is looking for an artist in residence, working in any medium, to help communicate the work of the project. ⁠ If you’re local to the Solent or have a strong connection to the area, and want to work alongside the community to co-create a piece celebrating how we all connect to our vibrant seascape, we'd love to hear from you.⁠ ⁠ To help fund the residency, the Endangered Landscapes & Seascapes Programme has kindly provided a grant of £4,000, starting in spring 2025.⁠

Eligibility: We welcome proposals from artists who are Solent-based or have strong connections to the Solent, passionate about the Solent and working within the seascape, willing to collaborate with local communities to co- produce artworks, over 21 and have demonstrable experience of arts practice in a related area.

What you get: A grant of £4000 is available. The work will be promoted via the Solent Seascape Project which is a partnership of 10 organisations including Blue Marine Foundation, Portsmouth University, Project Seagrass, the RSPB and the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust.

Landscapes can provide us with beauty from any point of view, natural or unnatural. From vast forestry, running rivers, sprawling buildings, or sandy beaches, inspiration can strike from all surroundings. For this online group exhibition, we invite artists to submit any artwork that was inspired by, or showcases, landscapes in any of its forms.

Eligibility: Any age older than 18 years old. Open to any artists worldwide. All levels welcome. Any medium accepted the artist is willing to ship to buyer.

What you get: Opportunity to show art alongside other artists from across the world in a group exhibition.

Toronto Immersive: The Holy Art Calls for Global Submission of Works

We are accepting submissions for our pop up immersive exhibition in Toronto, Canada. Artists are welcome to submit works in any medium. (painting, photography, printmaking, video art, installation, films, sculpting, mixed media, poems, illustration, etc). The theme of the exhibition is OPEN.

Eligibility: Open to all

What you get: Three day long exhibition held in Toronto, Canada between 16 - 18 December, 2024, with a private viewing hosted on Monday,16 December from 19.30 - 22.00. You should expect an open bar (wine) & professional photography & videography.

Fee: The participation fee is £120 incl. VAT for 1 artwork; £180 incl. VAT for artworks; £260 incl. VAT for 3 artworks.

Jerwood Residencies at Edinburgh Printmakers

Edinburgh Printmakers is inviting applications from early-career artists (up to 5 years professional experience) with a passion for intaglio and etching processes to undertake bespoke supported paid residencies in our studio in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Eligibility: This residency opportunity is open to artists based in the UK. We are specifically looking for artists with up to 5 years' experience working in etching/intaglio printmaking processes.

What you get: Artists will receive 15 days access to our facilities, 15 days self-catering accommodation in our onsite artist flat, a fee based on Scottish Artist Union Rates, a year-long membership.
